Choose one Front Set, one compatible Adult or Child Stem Set and one pair of Universal Screw-Backs. Each component is a separately sold product and will appear separately in your cart.

Select Adult or Children’s universal stems in .925 sterling silver, 10K gold or 14K gold
Add Your Universal Screw Backs
Add one matching universal screw back pair to secure the stems. Reuse the same backs whenever you change Front Sets.
Choose Your Front Set
Select at least one interchangeable Front Set to complete your first wearable system. Already own the system? Add more Front Sets whenever you want a new look.
