The Three Separately Sold Components
1. Front Sets
A Front Set is the decorative pair you see when the earrings are worn. It contains the visible Fronts only. Stems and Universal Screw-Backs are sold separately.
2. Adult or Child Stem Sets
The Stem passes through the piercing and connects the Front Set to the Back. Adult and Child Stem Sets are offered separately so customers can choose the pathway intended for the wearer. No Stem is a universal-fit guarantee; product-specific guidance should always lead the choice.
3. Universal Screw-Backs
HEIRMUFFS™ Universal Screw-Backs feature a familiar standard-size form and secure compatible HEIRMUFFS™ Stems through their screw connection. They are genuine HEIRMUFFS™ components—not friction backs or butterfly backs.
Your First HEIRMUFFS™ Pair
To assemble one wearable pair, confirm that your cart contains one Front Set, one compatible Adult or Child Stem Set and one pair of Universal Screw-Backs. These are three separately listed products.

What Changes After the First Purchase?
Once you own compatible Stems and Universal Screw-Backs, you can expand your jewelry wardrobe with compatible Front Sets. You may still replace or add components whenever your needs change, but you are not required to purchase a new Stem-and-Back combination with every design.
Changing a Front Set
Work over a clean, well-lit surface. Separate the components carefully, align the replacement Front Set with the compatible Stem and secure the assembly with the Universal Screw-Back. If the connection feels misaligned or unusually resistant, stop rather than forcing it.
